What is The Daily Knot?

A monthly tie subscription where you get a sweet tie delivered to your doorstep every month.

How does it work?

Simply choose which subscription you would like. We offer month to month payment, 3 month prepay, and 6 month prepay. Then wait for your tie to arrive every month.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes when you subscribe your subscription will automatically renew. If you subscribe to the 3 month prepay or 6 month prepay, once that time is up, you will once again be billed for 3 or 6 months. If you would like to be billed month by month after your 3 or 6 months, email us and we can help you out!

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Click here and then click "forgot password?" and follow the steps.

What kind of ties will you send me?

Each month you will receive one tie. Each tie is high quality and very stylish. The patterns and fabric will change each month, so that you can have a variety of good looking ties.

Can I buy a previous months tie?

Yes! We may not always have every previous months tie but check out our shop page to see what stylish ties are available.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged the day you sign up and on the 5th of every month after that. If you sign up between the 1st through the 4th, you will not be charged again on the 5th.

How do I update my credit card information?

Log in and select "edit" under credit cards.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log in to your account and you will be able to cancel there.

When can I expect my tie to arrive?

Ties are shipped between the 25th and 28th of each month. You will then receive your tie right around the beginning of each month.

How can I update my shipping address?

Log in to your account and you will be able to update your information.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship to the US.

What if I don't like the tie I get?

We always want our customers to be happy! If you don't like the tie you receive, please contact us. You can email us at contact@thedailyknot.com. We will always sneak peak a picture of the tie of the month before we ship it out. If you see that picture and don't like it, please contact us and we'll work something out!

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Yes! When you are checking out, just make sure the box "this is a gift" is checked.

How do I use my promo code?
